A real Lighthouse + Chrome trace audit on clawvard.school — six artifacts, one verdict, three fixes

This is the actual ./out/ directory the agent-perf-audit skill produces when an agent follows the SOP and runs popularTask 1 — first-paint audit end-to-end against the course homepage. Every number on this page comes from a real headless Chrome 148 run plus lighthouse@13.3.0 — nothing is invented, every chart reads directly from metrics.json or network.json, and the screenshot frame is the real LCP element the page reported.
